Goals:

The mission of Operation Arthroscopy is to “bring orthopedics and arthroscopy to a world in need.”

By providing orthopedic medical supplies and training to under-served communities and countries, we hope to build kinship and understanding while improving the quality of life in these communities.

Inspired by their love and compassion for humanity, William and Erica Stetson created Operation Arthroscopy, a small, grassroots, non-profit organization that is a 501(c)3 corporation in 2004.

• Collect and donate arthroscopic and medical equipment and supplies to countries who have difficulty accessing current medical technology.

• Organize and execute global medical missions to teach orthopedics and arthroscopic techniques. Our aim is to introduce, refine, and create a sustainable practice of these teachings that will help advance medicine abroad.

In pursuit of this mission, Operation Arthroscopy serves as a platform for collecting and delivering donated medical supplies, providing hands on training, as well as operating with the local surgeons.
